Job Summary:
Vinsat Financial Services Pvt. Ltd. is hiring energetic and target-driven Sales Executives for personal loan sales. The role involves generating leads, converting prospects into customers, and helping clients secure the best loan solutions as per their financial needs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Generate leads through cold calling, references, and field sales
- Explain personal loan products, eligibility criteria, and benefits to customers
- Handle customer queries and guide them through the loan process
- Collect and verify customer documents for loan applications
- Coordinate with banks/NBFCs and internal backend team for smooth processing
- Follow up with leads and ensure timely closure of deals
- Achieve monthly sales targets and performance goals
- Maintain daily reports of leads, calls, and conversions
Requirements:
- Minimum 12th pass / Graduate preferred
- 0–3 years of experience in sales (BFSI/loan sales preferred)
- Good communication and convincing skills
- Target-oriented with a positive attitude
- Basic understanding of personal loan products
