Summary:
We are looking for an experienced ServiceNow Developer to design, develop, and deliver scalable ServiceNow platform solutions for enterprise banking applications. The ideal candidate should have strong hands-on experience across ServiceNow modules, platform development, integrations, and workflow automation.
- Design, develop, and implement scalable ServiceNow solutions across multiple modules.
- Lead end-to-end development, testing, deployment, and production support.
- Develop integrations using REST, SOAP, and IntegrationHub.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to translate requirements into technical solutions.
- Mentor junior developers and contribute to engineering best practices.
- Ensure high-quality, secure, and maintainable ServiceNow implementations.
- 410 years of ServiceNow development experience.
- Strong knowledge of JavaScript, Glide APIs, Business Rules, Script Includes, Flow Designer, and Service Catalog.
- Hands-on experience in one or more ServiceNow modules:
- ITSM
- ITOM
- HRSD
- SPM
- SecOps
- Experience with REST/SOAP integrations and ServiceNow platform architecture.
- Strong understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies.
- AI & Automation: Predictive Intelligence, AI Search, Virtual Agent, Now Assist, Azure AI/Copilot integrations.
- ITOM & CMDB: Discovery, MID Servers, Service Mapping, Event Management, Cloud Discovery.
- Quality Engineering: Automated Test Framework (ATF), regression testing, release validation, CI/CD.
- ServiceNow CSA (Certified System Administrator)
- CAD (Certified Application Developer)
- CIS (Any specialization)
