- Inventory Management:
- Assist in monitoring and maintaining accurate stock levels across multiple store locations.
- Perform regular stock counts and reconcile discrepancies promptly.
- Ensure proper labeling, tagging, and organization of inventory items.
- Logistics Support:
- Coordinate with the supply chain and vendors to ensure timely delivery of stock.
- Process incoming shipments and verify quantities against purchase orders.
- Facilitate inter-branch stock transfers as needed.
- System Updates:
- Update inventory records in the company’s ERP system.
- Generate and analyze inventory reports for the management team.
- Quality Assurance:
- Inspect incoming stock for damages or defects.
- Report any quality issues to the appropriate departments for resolution.
- Compliance:
- Adhere to company policies regarding inventory handling and storage.
- Maintain a clean and organized inventory area in compliance with safety standards.
