We are looking for HR & Admin
Experience: 1 - 2 Years
Location: Kochi, Kerala
Roles & Responsibilities:
Prepare and monitor daily attendance reports and ensuring accurate tracking of attendance and leave records.
Manage employee data base and understanding of hrms
Payroll management and good knowledge in statutory compliances
Assist ho with recruitment and staffing based on available vacancies
Recruitment & Staffing: Manage the end-to-end hiring process, including posting jobs, screening resumes, conducting interviews, and organizing orientation for new hires.
Employee Relations & Engagement: Serve as the first point of contact for employee grievances, foster a positive workplace, and organize company events.
HR Administration & Compliance: Maintain accurate employee records, update HR policies, manage employee benefits, and ensure compliance with labor laws.
Performance Management: Assist in the performance appraisal process, including tracking reviews and assisting with employee development plans.
Payroll Coordination: Liaise with the payroll department to ensure accurate salary processing, leave management, and benefits administration.
