Job Description
We are looking for a skilled and passionate Occupational Therapist to join our Physio & Neuro Rehabilitation Centre in Kunnamangalam. The ideal candidate will work with patients experiencing physical, neurological, developmental, or functional challenges, helping them improve their independence and quality of life through individualized therapy programs.
Key Responsibilities
- Assess patients' functional abilities and rehabilitation needs.
- Develop and implement individualized occupational therapy treatment plans.
- Conduct therapy sessions to improve daily living, motor, sensory, cognitive, and functional skills.
- Monitor patient progress and modify treatment plans as needed.
- Educate patients and caregivers on home programs and adaptive techniques.
- Maintain accurate clinical documentation and progress reports.
- Collaborate with physiotherapists, speech therapists, nurses, and other healthcare professionals.
Requirements
- Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Occupational Therapy (BOT/MOT).
- Relevant clinical experience in neurorehabilitation, pediatrics, geriatrics, or rehabilitation settings preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.
