About the Role:
As an HR Intern – Talent Acquisition, you will support the Talent team in attracting, engaging, and hiring top talent across various functions. You will gain hands-on exposure to end-to-end recruitment processes, candidate engagement, employer branding initiatives, and talent operations while working closely with recruiters and hiring managers.
This internship is ideal for students or recent graduates looking to build a career in Human Resources, Talent Acquisition, or People Operations.
Key Responsibilities:

Assist in sourcing candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, social media platforms, and employee referrals.

Screen resumes and shortlist candidates based on job requirements.

Coordinate interview schedules between candidates and hiring teams.

Maintain candidate records and ensure accurate updates in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).

Support recruiters in managing the end-to-end recruitment process for assigned roles.

Engage with candidates and provide timely communication throughout the hiring process.

Assist in creating and posting job advertisements across various hiring channels.

Support employer branding initiatives, including social media campaigns, campus engagement, and recruitment events.

Conduct market mapping and talent research for ongoing hiring requirements.

Assist with onboarding activities and documentation for new hires.

Prepare recruitment reports and maintain hiring trackers.

Support various HR and talent-related projects as required.
Skills and Qualifications:

Recently completed a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.

Strong interest in Talent Acquisition and Human Resources.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Good organizational and time-management abilities.

Comfortable using MS Excel, Google Sheets, and online research tools.

Familiarity with LinkedIn and other professional networking platforms is a plus.

Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain confidentiality.

Proactive, eager to learn, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
