Training Delivery for VRM Channel
Leverage the VRM Partners L&D teams as well as own expertise to deliver the training plan for the entire VRM cohort across Induction, Refreshers, Skill Builders, Assessments and Product / Process / Policy updates
Ensure monthly training calendars are created and published for the VRM teams by the Partner L&D teams
Create and share dashboards for all stakeholders
Delivering training sessions by self as per plan
Ensuring logistics for trainer availability, physical and virtual session balance and schedule adjustments based on availability of subject matter experts
Support the NTM-ABCDL on CSE training delivery

Team Capability Building
Conducting TTT workshops for the VRM Partner L&D teams / trainers
Creating specific tele-calling-based skill development modules for internal VRM teams
Conducting periodic training quality audits across VRM centers and, combined with stakeholder feedback, using it for bridging knowledge / skill gaps within the VRM cohort
KRA3
Content Updation and Dissemination
Ensuring close collaboration with the ABCDL Content team to always have updated product and process related content
Act as a SPOC for content and process related information for the VRM Partner L&D teams
Create dedicated VRM-specific content focusing on telecalling skills, etiquettes and conversion techniques in collaboration with internal and external sources
KRA4
Governance and Data Support
Act as a custodian of all training data (including BCSM/CSE/Sales Teams/Support Function trainings and any other training activities that happen under the aegis of the Head L&D-ABCDL)
Ensure all data is centrally stored and easily accessible to the NTM, and stakeholders / regulators
Support the NTM to publish dashboards on monthly basis on training, activation and trainer utilization
Follow up with the RTMs and unit teams to share training data and feedback forms within timelines
