Job Summary
We are looking for a Telecaller cum Data Entry Operator to support our sales and operations team. The ideal candidate should have good communication skills, basic computer knowledge, and the ability to handle customer interactions while maintaining accurate records.
ResponsibilitiesTelecalling
- Make outbound calls to prospective customers.
- Follow up with leads and existing customers.
- Explain company products and services.
- Schedule appointments, demos, or callbacks for the sales team.
- Maintain call records and follow-up status.
Data Entry
- Enter customer and lead information into CRM software.
- Update and maintain accurate records in spreadsheets and databases.
- Verify data for accuracy and completeness.
- Import and organize customer information received from various sources.
- Generate basic reports as required.
Administrative Support
- Handle customer inquiries and forward them to the concerned team.
- Maintain daily activity reports.
- Support sales and marketing teams with data management tasks.
Requirements
- Fresher or experienced candidates may apply.
- Good communication skills in Hindi and basic English.
- Basic computer knowledge.
- Familiarity with MS Excel, Google Sheets, and internet browsing.
- Ability to maintain accurate records and attention to detail.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
