Designation | Senior Analyst - Manufacturing Apps Qualification | BE Or B.Tech Experience (in years) | 6 Job Description | Title: Application Expert – Manufacturing (TiCON MTM Tool Analyst) Location: Bangalore, KA We are seeking an experienced Manufacturing Application Expert – TiCON MTM Tool Analyst with 5+ years of experience in manufacturing applications, particularly time measurement (MTM) and process optimization tools such as TiCON. The role involves leading global deployments, configuration, and run support across multiple manufacturing sites. The ideal candidate should have strong industrial engineering / work measurement knowledge, combined with the ability to solve complex deployment and support challenges for customized manufacturing solutions. Responsibilities 1. Lead global deployment of TiCON MTM tool and related work measurement solutions across multiple manufacturing sites, ensuring timely and successful implementation. 2. Manage run support and continuous improvement of TiCON MTM tool to ensure stability, usability, and business value realization. 3. Collaborate with Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing, and IT teams to understand plant-specific processes and configure MTM models accordingly. 4. Develop and execute deployment strategies, migration plans, and risk mitigation measures for large-scale rollouts of time measurement systems. 5. Troubleshoot and resolve complex issues related to MTM calculations, data models, and system configurations, minimizing impact on production and planning processes. 6. Ensure integration of TiCON with ERP (SAP), MES, and other shop-floor systems to enable seamless data flow and operational alignment. 7. Define and enforce standard methodologies for MTM usage, data governance, and deployment practices across sites. 8. Provide technical and functional guidance to regional teams and ensure effective knowledge transfer and user adoption. 9. Track deployment progress, monitor KPIs (e.g., standard time accuracy, productivity improvements), and drive continuous improvement initiatives. 10. Ensure data integrity, compliance, and version control of MTM libraries and configurations. 11. Stay updated with advancements in time measurement techniques, digital manufacturing, and industrial engineering tools to recommend improvements. Requirements 1. Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Industrial / Mechanical preferred) 2. 5+ years of experience in manufacturing applications, with strong expertise in MTM methodologies and tools like TiCON 3. Proven experience in global or multi-site deployment and support of industrial engineering or manufacturing applications 4. Strong understanding of manufacturing processes, work measurement techniques (MTM, MOST), and shop-floor operations 5. Hands-on experience with MTM data modeling, time standards creation, and process optimization 6. Knowledge of system integration (MES, ERP such as SAP), SQL, and basic scripting for data handling and troubleshooting 7. Familiarity with Agile / project-based deployment methodologies 8. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills 9. Excellent communication skills with the ability to work across cross-functional global teams Skill Set Required | Experience working on Industrial Engineering / MTM tools (TiCON preferred) and related manufacturing applications Proven experience (5–10 years) in implementing and supporting MTM / work measurement solutions and industrial engineering tools Strong knowledge of work measurement techniques (MTM, MOST), line balancing, and discrete manufacturing processes Proficiency in system integration (ERP/MES), data analysis, and troubleshooting of MTM models and time standards Excellent communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing, and IT teams across global sites
