Position: Interior & Exterior Designer
Job Responsibilities:
- Develop creative interior and exterior design concepts for residential and commercial projects.
- Prepare 2D drawings, 3D models, renderings, and presentation materials.
- Coordinate with architects, engineers, clients, and site teams.
- Select materials, finishes, colors, furniture, and exterior elements.
- Conduct site visits and ensure design execution as per approved drawings.
- Stay updated with the latest design trends, materials, and technologies.
Requirements:
- Degree/Diploma in Interior Design, Architecture, or related field.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Lumion, 3ds Max, Revit, or similar design software.
- Strong visualization and presentation skills.
- Knowledge of construction methods and material specifications.
- Minimum 1-3 years of experience preferred.
- Freshers with excellent design skills may also apply.
