Position Overview
We are looking for a proactive and result-driven HR Executive who will be responsible for Talent
Acquisition, Payroll Coordination, HR Operations, and Employee Engagement.
The ideal candidate should have strong organizational and communication skills with the ability to
manage recruitment processes, HR documentation, payroll coordination, and employee engagement
initiatives in a fast-paced startup environment.
Key Roles & Responsibilities
1. Recruitment & Talent Acquisition
● Manage end-to-end recruitment including job posting, sourcing, screening, interviews, selection,
and onboarding.
● Collaborate with department heads to understand hiring needs and develop recruitment
strategies.
● Build a strong talent pipeline through job portals, referrals, and social media sourcing.
● Conduct initial screening interviews and coordinate interviews with hiring managers.
● Maintain recruitment trackers, reports, and candidate databases.
● Ensure a smooth candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
2. Payroll Coordination
● Support the monthly payroll process by maintaining employee attendance, leave records, and
payroll inputs.
● Coordinate with finance/accounts for accurate salary processing.
● Maintain employee payroll records and ensure compliance with company policies.
● Address employee queries related to salary, attendance, and payroll.
3. HR Operations
● Maintain employee records, HR documentation, and HR databases.
● Handle employee onboarding and exit formalities including documentation and asset allocation.
● Manage employee asset tracking and allocation during onboarding and offboarding.
● Ensure compliance with HR policies and company procedures.
● Support day-to-day HR administrative operations.
4. Employee Engagement & Event Management
● Plan and organize employee engagement activities such as Fun Fridays, cultural celebrations,
onboarding sessions, and company events.
● Coordinate birthday celebrations, festival events, and employee appreciation initiatives.
● Work with cross-functional teams to ensure successful event execution.
● Collect employee feedback and continuously improve engagement initiatives.
Preferred Skills
● Strong understanding of recruitment and HR operations.
● Basic knowledge of payroll processing and HR documentation.
● Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
● Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
● Familiarity with ATS or HRIS tools is an added advantage.
● Ability to manage multiple HR responsibilities in a startup environment.
Qualifications & Experience
● Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
● MBA in HR (Preferred).
● 1–3 years of experience in HR, Recruitment, or HR Operations.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
Work Location: In person
