Key Responsibilities
- Provide Level 1 support for network-related issues and user connectivity problems
- Monitor LAN/WAN network performance and troubleshoot basic network issues
- Configure and support routers, switches, access points, and firewalls
- Troubleshoot internet, VPN, Wi-Fi, and IP-related issues
- Support installation and configuration of network devices and cabling
- Escalate critical incidents to the L2/L3 team when required
- Maintain network documentation and daily status reports
- Coordinate with ISPs and vendors for network downtime and support
- Perform basic network health checks and preventive maintenance
- Ensure compliance with IT and network security policies
Required Skills
- Basic knowledge of Networking concepts: TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VLAN, Routing & Switching
- Hands-on knowledge of Cisco/Fortinet/HP networking devices preferred
- Understanding of Wi-Fi troubleshooting and firewall basics
- Familiarity with network monitoring tools is an added advantage
- Good troubleshooting and communication skills
- Ability to work in shifts and field support environment if required
Preferred Candidate Profile
- Diploma / Graduate in IT, Computer Science, Electronics, or related field
- Certifications like CCNA, CCNP, NSE, Hardware & Networking preferred
- Immediate joiners preferred
- Candidates from Aurangabad, Waluj, Chhatrapati Sambhajinagar, or nearby locations preferred
Pay: ₹9,610.23 - ₹47,415.92 per month
