Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of office premises, meeting rooms, pantry, and workstations.
- Serve tea, coffee, water, and refreshments to staff and visitors.
- Assist in office errands, document handling, and photocopy/scanning tasks.
- Support admin and HR team in day-to-day operational activities.
- Ensure office supplies and pantry items are properly stocked.
- Handle courier dispatch and collection activities when required.
- Assist in loading/unloading small office materials if needed.
- Support employees during meetings, events, and office activities.
- Maintain discipline, punctuality, and professional behavior within office premises.
Requirements:
- Minimum qualification: SSLC / Plus Two preferred.
- Prior office assistant or housekeeping experience is an added advantage.
- Basic communication skills in Malayalam.
- Honest, punctual, and hardworking attitude.
- Ability to manage multiple routine tasks efficiently.
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹12,000.00 per month
