We are looking for a results-driven Meta Ads & Performance Marketing Specialist to manage Facebook and Instagram advertising campaigns, generate leads and sales, and contribute directly to business growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, launch, and optimize Meta (Facebook & Instagram) ad campaigns.
- Drive lead generation, customer acquisition, and revenue growth.
- Manage audience targeting, retargeting, and campaign budgets.
- Monitor campaign performance and improve ROAS, conversions, and overall results.
- Coordinate with the creative team for ad creatives and campaign assets.
- Track key performance metrics and prepare regular reports.
Requirements
- 4–6 years of experience in Meta Ads / Performance Marketing.
- Strong knowledge of Facebook Ads Manager and Instagram Advertising.
- Experience managing lead generation and conversion-focused campaigns.
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent English communication skills; candidates with a fluent and professional US accent will be preferred.
- You will be responsible for driving business growth independently. Prior experience in scaling a business, brand, or revenue through performance marketing is required.

- Strong command of International B2C business.
- Experience in handling high-ticket Fashion & Lifestyle products will be an advantage.

Pay: ₹60,000.00 - ₹75,000.00 per month
