Role: Production Supervisor - Fabrication
- Supervise daily fabrication and production activities.
- Ensure production targets are achieved on time.
- Monitor quality and safety standards.
- Manage workforce and shift operations.
- Coordinate with planning and maintenance teams.
- Check fabrication drawings and work execution.
- Improve productivity and reduce wastage.
- Maintain production reports and records.
