Job Title: MS Office Executive / Documentation Executive
Job Description:
We are looking for a detail-oriented and organized candidate for MS Office and documentation-related work. The candidate should have good knowledge of MS Excel, MS Word, and basic computer operations. The role involves editing documents, maintaining reports, data entry, and coordinating through calls and emails. Candidate should be able to communicate in both English and Hindi.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform data entry and document editing work.
- Prepare and maintain reports using MS Excel.
- Work on MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Update and manage company records and documents.
- Prepare spreadsheets, MIS reports, and basic calculations.
- Coordinate with team members through calls and emails.
- Handle basic office administration work.
- Ensure accuracy and timely completion of assigned tasks.
Required Skills:
- Good knowledge of MS Office (especially MS Excel and MS Word).
- Basic understanding of formulas, filtering, and formatting in Excel.
- Good typing and editing skills.
- Ability to communicate in English and Hindi.
- Basic email drafting and communication skills.
- Good organizational and time-management abilities.
- Attention to detail and accuracy.
Qualification:
- Any Graduate / Intermediate / Diploma
