- Welcome and assist customers in selecting products as per their requirements.
- Provide excellent customer service and ensure a pleasant shopping experience.
- Achieve individual and store sales targets.
- Promote ongoing offers, loyalty programs, and new products.
- Maintain proper product display and visual merchandising standards.
- Handle billing and payment transactions accurately.
- Manage stock replenishment and ensure product availability on the floor.
- Assist in inventory management and stock audits.
- Address customer queries and resolve complaints professionally.
- Build and maintain good relationships with customers to encourage repeat visits.
- Keep the store clean, organized, and well-maintained.
- Coordinate with team members and support store operations as required.
- Ensure adherence to company policies and operational guidelines.
Pay: ₹9,000.00 - ₹13,000.00 per month
