Key Responsibilities
- Supported end-to-end Third Party Risk Management (TPRM) activities across the vendor lifecycle, ensuring compliance with internal policies and regulatory requirements.
- Reviewed and validated vendor pre-onboarding assessments to ensure accurate risk categorization and adherence to risk management frameworks.
- Conducted periodic (cyclic) Third Party Risk Evaluation (TPRE) reviews, ensuring timely completion, accuracy, and compliance with established standards.
- Reviewed vendor offboarding assessments, validating contract closure, No Due Certificates, termination documentation, and supporting evidence for compliant vendor exits.
- Assisted in preparing regulatory reports and submissions related to outsourced engagements, including outsourcing spend and critical operations.
- Tracked assessment findings and coordinated with internal stakeholders to ensure timely remediation and closure of identified risks.
- Supported Post Risk Assessments (PRA) and ongoing monitoring of vendor risk throughout the engagement lifecycle.
- Maintained vendor risk assessment records, monitored assessment timelines, and ensured documentation was complete and audit-ready.
- Collaborated with business teams, procurement, compliance, legal, and vendor stakeholders to strengthen third-party risk governance and policy compliance.
- Contributed to process improvements by maintaining risk trackers, generating MIS reports, and supporting internal and external audit requirements.
Pay: ₹380,000.00 - ₹420,000.00 per year
