Job Summary
Dr. Aravind’s IVF Fertility & Pregnancy Centre is looking for dedicated Staff Nurses to join our clinical team across multiple locations. The selected candidates will be responsible for providing safe and compassionate patient care, supporting doctors and maintaining nursing standards in a professional healthcare environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide nursing care to patients as per clinical requirements.
- Monitor and record patients’ vital signs and health status.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by doctors.
- Assist doctors during consultations and clinical procedures.
- Prepare patients for investigations and procedures.
- Maintain accurate nursing notes and patient records.
- Follow infection prevention and patient safety practices.
- Maintain cleanliness and readiness of nursing areas and equipment.
- Communicate appropriately with patients and their attendants.
- Coordinate with doctors and other healthcare team members.
- Respond appropriately to patient needs and clinical situations.
- Follow the centre’s nursing procedures, policies, and professional standards.
Qualification
- GNM or B.Sc Nursing from a recognized institution.
- Valid Nursing Council registration.
- Freshers may apply.
- Relevant hospital, maternity, IVF, or patient-care experience will be an advantage.
- NICU experience is preferred for the Salem position.
