We are seeking an experienced Operations Manager with a strong background in BPO Sales to oversee daily operations, drive business development, and ensure the success of outbound sales campaigns. The ideal candidate should have proven experience in client sourcing, dialer management, sales operations, and leading high-performing teams.
Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day BPO sales operations.
- Source new clients and support business development initiatives.
- Oversee outbound sales campaigns and dialer management.
- Monitor KPIs such as conversion rate, productivity, SLA, AHT, and sales performance.
- Lead, coach, and develop Operations and Team Leaders.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships.
- Ensure operational efficiency and achievement of client targets.
Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years of BPO experience, with at least 3 years in an Operations Manager or similar leadership role.
- Proven experience in client sourcing and business development.
- Strong knowledge of BPO sales operations, dialer systems, and performance metrics.
- Excellent leadership, communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Experience handling international sales campaigns is an advantage.
Pay: ₹50,000.00 per month
