We’re looking for a hands-on Talent Acquisition professional with 2–5 years of experience to join our growing team.
What you’ll do:
- Own end-to-end recruitment — sourcing to joining
- Screen candidates & conduct HR interview rounds
- Partner with hiring managers on requirements
- Drive negotiations & offer closures
- Ensure candidates join successfully
- Manage offer letters, contracts, NDAs & joining documentation
- Maintain recruitment MIS & HR reports

Good Excel/MS Office skills

A proactive, energetic and persistent approach
Graduate | 2–5 years experience
