Main Responsibilities1. Supplier Sourcing & Management
- Identify and evaluate potential suppliers
- Negotiate contracts, pricing, and delivery terms
- Maintain strong supplier relationships
- Monitor supplier performance (quality, cost, delivery time)
2. Purchasing & Procurement
- Oversee purchasing of raw materials, equipment, or services
- Ensure timely ordering to avoid stock shortages
- Approve purchase orders and contracts
- Control procurement budgets
3. Cost Control & Negotiation
- Negotiate best pricing and payment terms
- Analyze market trends and price fluctuations
- Implement cost-saving strategies
4. Inventory & Supply Chain Coordination
- Work with warehouse and logistics teams
- Monitor inventory levels
- Prevent overstocking or stockouts
5. Compliance & Risk Management
- Ensure purchasing complies with company policies
- Follow legal and ethical sourcing standards
- Manage risks related to supply disruptions
