About the Role
We are seeking an experienced and result-oriented Quantitative Aptitude Trainer to train students and professionals for competitive examinations, campus placements, and aptitude assessments. The ideal candidate should possess strong subject expertise in Quantitative Aptitude, Logical Reasoning, and Data Interpretation, along with excellent classroom delivery and mentoring skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver engaging classroom and online training sessions on Quantitative Aptitude, Data Interpretation, and Logical Reasoning.
- Train students for CAT, XAT, GMAT, GRE, Banking, SSC, Campus Placements, and other aptitude-based examinations.
- Develop lesson plans, study materials, assignments, question banks, and mock tests.
- Teach shortcut methods, problem-solving techniques, and exam-oriented strategies.
- Conduct doubt-clearing sessions and provide one-on-one mentoring.
- Analyze student performance and provide actionable feedback for improvement.
- Track attendance, assessment scores, and learning outcomes.
- Stay updated with changing exam patterns, syllabus updates, and industry best practices.
- Collaborate with academic and placement teams to improve student success rates.

- Certification in Aptitude Training, Analytics, or Learning & Development is preferred.
Pay: ₹90,000.00 - ₹100,000.00 per month
