Roles & Responsibilities:
- Own the end-to-end marketing strategy across Cuelinks (B2B) and DesiDime (B2C), driving positioning, demand generation, growth, reach, retention, and overall marketing efficiency.
- Build scalable demand engines by creating systems, funnels, content strategies, sales enablement, and distribution channels that convert awareness into qualified pipeline and measurable business growth.
- Drive marketing with an ROI-first mindset, owning CAC, payback period, marketing ROI, acquisition costs, and ensuring every marketing investment delivers measurable returns.
- Lead both B2B and B2C marketing functions, balancing enterprise demand generation for Cuelinks with consumer acquisition, engagement, lifecycle, and retention strategies for DesiDime.
- Provide strategic leadership to the existing marketing team (SEO, Content, Social, Paid Media, CRM/Lifecycle, Martech), transforming execution-focused efforts into outcome-driven marketing.
- Establish a unified and accountable marketing function by aligning strategy, execution, performance measurement, and cross-functional collaboration, while working closely with the founders on business priorities.
- Own performance metrics, including marketing-sourced qualified pipeline for Cuelinks, audience growth and retention for DesiDime, CAC, ROI, payback period, and return on marketing spend.
- Bring 8–12 years of marketing experience with proven expertise in demand generation, distribution, growth marketing, marketing efficiency, and translating positioning into scalable marketing engines.
- Demonstrate strong commercial acumen by making data-driven decisions, optimizing marketing investments, building repeatable growth systems, and leading high-performing cross-functional teams.
- Report to the designated leadership while managing the existing marketing team across Martech, Paid Media, SEO, Content, Social Media, and CRM/Retention, ensuring strategic direction, accountability, and continuous business growth.
Pay: ₹1,200,000.00 - ₹1,500,000.00 per year
