You will join early enough to shape how this practice is built: the frameworks, the value models, the playbooks and the executive narratives that define how Skan's process intelligence translates into proven business outcomes.

Value Architecture

Define how Skan's process intelligence translates into measurable business outcomes for Fortune 100 clients
-
Build the end-to-end value framework: from hypothesis through proof, covering how value is identified, modeled, tracked, and demonstrated to executive stakeholders

Develop ROI models that are credible at the CFO and Board level, grounded in Skan's operational data and client financials

Establish what 'proven value' looks like at Skan and make it standard, repeatable across clients and industries
Solutions and Playbooks

Build the solutions catalog: repeatable use cases mapped to business functions and industries, each with a clear financial impact model

Create delivery playbooks that standardize how transformation engagements run without becoming consultant-heavy or bespoke

Develop reusable frameworks and accelerators that allow the team to move faster and more consistently, with Product, CS, and Sales actively drawing from this body of work
Executive Engagement

Craft the investment cases, value narratives, and ROI summaries that land in CFO, COO, and Board settings

Lead and support executive workshops that use Skan's live operational data to drive strategic decisions, not theoretical frameworks

Translate complex operational intelligence into financial language that executives act on
Cross-Functional Partnership

Work with Product to ensure the solutions catalog reflects where Skan's intelligence layer is headed

Work with Customer Success to embed value tracking into the ongoing client relationship

Work with Sales to sharpen how Skan's value proposition is framed and quantified pre-close
Background
-
8-10 years of experience, with a meaningful tenure at MBB or a top-tier strategy firm at Engagement Manager level or above
-
Deep experience leading large-scale operational transformation or cost efficiency programs at Fortune 100 clients

Exposure to AI, process intelligence, or enterprise automation is a genuine advantage
-
Prior experience in enterprise SaaS, whether as an operator or advisor, is a plus
