We are a fast-growing pharmaceutical company committed to delivering high-quality healthcare solutions. We are looking for energetic and target-driven Medical Representatives to promote our products and expand our presence across Chennai.
Key Responsibilities
- Promote and detail pharmaceutical products to doctors, hospitals, clinics, and pharmacists.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with healthcare professionals.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets within the assigned territory.
- Conduct regular doctor calls and market visits.
- Generate prescriptions and increase product awareness.
- Monitor competitor activities and provide market intelligence.
- Organize CMEs, doctor meetings, and promotional activities.
- Maintain daily call reports, tour plans, and sales reports.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations. These are common responsibilities for medical representatives in pharma sales roles.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Pharmacy, Life Sciences, Biotechnology, Microbiology, Biochemistry, B.Sc., B.Pharm, or any Graduate.
- Freshers with excellent communication skills can apply.
- 1–3 years of experience in pharmaceutical sales preferred.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Good knowledge of Chennai territory and healthcare market.
- Two-wheeler with valid driving license preferred. Typical MR roles require strong communication, product knowledge, and frequent field travel.
