Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Civil Supervisor with 3–5 years of experience in the real estate or construction industry to oversee site operations, facility maintenance, housekeeping, security services, and infrastructure upkeep. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring smooth day-to-day operations, maintaining property standards, coordinating maintenance activities, and ensuring compliance with safety and quality requirements.
The candidate should possess strong supervisory skills, vendor management experience, and the ability to coordinate effectively with maintenance teams, contractors, and stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise daily facility and site operations, including housekeeping, security, and maintenance services.
- Ensure proper upkeep and maintenance of common areas, building infrastructure, utilities, and site facilities.
- Monitor and coordinate preventive and corrective maintenance activities, including electrical, plumbing, civil, and HVAC systems.
- Conduct regular inspections of buildings, structures, and facilities to identify maintenance requirements and safety concerns.
- Coordinate with contractors, vendors, and service providers to ensure timely completion of maintenance work.
- Monitor vendor performance and ensure service quality as per contractual agreements.
- Maintain records of maintenance schedules, inspection reports, service logs, and inventory.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, environmental, and statutory regulations.
- Handle customer, tenant, or resident complaints and ensure timely resolution.
- Assist in emergency response planning and crisis management activities.
- Support budgeting, cost control, material utilization, and resource optimization initiatives.
- Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and maintenance teams to ensure operational efficiency.
- Monitor site safety practices and ensure adherence to company policies and procedures.
Qualifications & Experience
- 10+
- 3–5 years of experience as a Civil Supervisor, Site Supervisor, Maintenance Supervisor, Facility Supervisor, or Construction Supervisor in the real estate or construction industry.
- Experience in residential, commercial, or high-rise building projects preferred.
- Knowledge of building maintenance, civil works, and facility management practices.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
