Position: Gold Loan Officer – Field Sales
Experience: 1–5 Years (BFSI/NBFC/Gold Loan preferred)

Key Responsibilities:
- Generate leads and acquire new customers for gold loan products through field sales.
- Visit local markets, shops, and residential areas to identify potential customers.
- Explain gold loan products, interest rates, and repayment options to customers.
- Achieve monthly sales and disbursement targets.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships for repeat business.
- Coordinate with the branch team for loan processing and documentation.
- Conduct customer follow-ups to ensure timely loan disbursement and renewals.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory guidelines.
Eligibility:
- Graduate in any discipline (preferred).
- 1–5 years of experience in Gold Loan, Microfinance, Banking, NBFC, or field sales.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Willingness to travel locally for customer acquisition.
Pay: ₹11,138.49 - ₹31,184.59 per month
