Job Summary
We are looking for a passionate and experienced Java Trainer to join our training team. The candidate will be responsible for delivering high-quality Java training to students and working professionals through practical, hands-on sessions.
The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of Core Java, OOP, Collections, Exception Handling, Multithreading, JDBC, SQL, Spring Boot, REST APIs, and Java Full Stack development.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver instructor-led Java training sessions for freshers and working professionals.
- Explain Java concepts clearly using real-time examples and practical coding exercises.
- Conduct hands-on coding sessions, assignments, assessments, and technical discussions.
- Teach Core Java, OOPs, Collections, Exception Handling, Multithreading, Java 8+ features and JDBC.
- Provide training on Spring, Spring Boot, Hibernate/JPA and RESTful Web Services.
- Cover database concepts including SQL, MySQL/SQL Server.
- Guide students through real-time projects and industry-oriented applications.
- Conduct coding exercises and interview preparation sessions.
- Identify students' learning gaps and provide appropriate mentoring.
- Prepare training materials, assignments, project requirements, and assessments.
- Stay updated with the latest Java technologies and industry practices.
- Support students with debugging, code reviews, Git/GitHub, and project development.

Candidate Requirements

- Prior experience as a Java Trainer, Technical Trainer, Corporate Trainer, Faculty, or Java Developer is preferred.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to explain complex technical concepts in a simple and understandable manner.
- Strong interest in mentoring students and helping them build industry-ready skills.
