Job Responsibilities
- Engage with potential buyers to understand their requirements and showcase suitable residential real estate properties.
· Show properties to potential clients and guide them through the buying process.
- Maintain up-to-date market knowledge to advise and assist clients
· Negotiate deals and close sales with clients.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth transaction processes and efficient client service delivery.
- Address and resolve client inquiries and concerns collaboratively to maintain high levels of client satisfaction.
Requirements for successful candidate
- Any Graduate or Post Graduate.
- Proven Experience in real estate sales.
- Strong Negotiation and Communication skills.
- Ability to confidently present and explain real estate projects to potential clients both in person and over the phone.
- Experience in Plotting, Villas and Apartments will be an add-on advantage.
- Maintain regular follow-up with leads to convert prospects into customers.
