Designation: Event Conceptualiser
Location: Malad (West), Mumbai – Work from Office

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Develop innovative event concepts aligned with corporate objectives, brand
identity, and target audience
- Create themes, storytelling elements, and experiential ideas for conferences,
launches, and corporate gatherings
- Understand client briefs, business goals, and messaging requirements
- Design concept decks, mood boards, and presentation pitches
- Collaborate with internal teams (design, production, marketing) to bring
concepts to life
- Ensure brand consistency across all event elements (stage, collateral, digital,
and on-ground experience)
- Incorporate latest industry trends, technology, and engagement formats into
concepts
- Support client pitches with compelling and strategic creative proposals
