Safety & Compliance - 1.Site Readiness & Contractors Management: Receive drawing, study work scope and understand project requirements. Visit site. Get the site cleaned. Make site ready for execution work. Take contractors list. Call contractors to visit site. Show them site and explain work scope. Select contractors to do the site execution work. Prepare report
2.Project Planning & Execution Management: Create and monitor execution schedules, coordinate project phases, ensure timely delivery% of project milestones achieved on time; efficiency in handling overlapping phases
3.Supervision & Leadership: Provide leadership & direction to the team, ensuring they are well trained & carrying out responsibilities effectively. Monitor the execution of work & provide guidance to improve work quality. Check and ensure required tools are carried by labors on project site for smooth execution of work. Ensure proper utilization of manpower in project execution work.
4.Material & Vendor Coordination: Efficient in aligning materials and vendor deliveries with project progress. PPE Monitoring: Ensures availability and proper use of personal protective equipment.
5.Reporting & Documentation: Consistent in maintaining accurate progress reports and project documentation.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
