Job Summary
We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Sales Executive with experience in Industrial Sales, Electroplating Chemicals, Specialty Chemicals, Manufacturing Sales, or B2B Industrial Products. The ideal candidate should be passionate about sales, customer relationship management, and business development across Eastern India.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop new business opportunities in Industrial, Electroplating, Manufacturing, Engineering, and Metal Finishing industries.
- Generate leads through field visits, references, and market research.
- Meet monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers.
- Conduct customer visits, product presentations, and technical discussions.
- Prepare quotations and negotiate commercial terms.
- Coordinate with the production, dispatch, and accounts teams for timely deliveries.
- Collect market intelligence regarding competitors, pricing, and customer requirements.
- Follow up on payments and outstanding receivables.
- Prepare daily visit reports, sales reports, and CRM updates.
- Represent the company professionally during customer meetings and exhibitions whenever required.
- Work on government procurement opportunities through the GeM (Government e-Marketplace) Portal including bid participation, tender monitoring, and documentation.
Required Skills
- Strong B2B sales and negotiation skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Customer relationship management.
- Knowledge of Industrial Chemicals, Electroplating Chemicals, Manufacturing Products, or Metal Treatment Chemicals.
- Hands-on knowledge of the GeM Portal
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel, Word, and Email.
- Self-motivated with a target-driven approach.
Eligibility
- Bachelor's Degree in any discipline (B.Sc./B.Com./BBA/MBA preferred).
- 1–4 years of experience in: manufacturing Sales , electroplating Chemicals, specialty Chemicals, manufacturing Sales, industrial Products
- Exceptional industrial sales exposure may also be considered.
Travel Requirement
- Must be comfortable with extensive field travel.
- Willingness to travel across Bihar, Jharkhand, Odisha, Giridih, Dhanbad, Ranchi, Jamshedpur, Bokaro, and other assigned territories.
Preferred Candidate
- Strong negotiation and convincing skills.
- Ability to work independently.
- Good presentation and communication skills.
- Positive attitude with willingness to learn.
- Immediate joiners or candidates serving a notice period of 15 days or less will be preferred.
