Job Title: Spray Painter
Experience
- Minimum 5 years of experience as a Spray Painter (or as per requirement).
Salary
- ₹15,000 – ₹20,000 per month (Negotiable based on experience and skills)
Qualifications
- Minimum 8th Pass / 10th Pass preferred.
- Certification or training in industrial/automotive painting is an advantage.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare surfaces for painting by cleaning, sanding, masking, and priming.
- Operate spray-painting equipment safely and efficiently.
- Apply paint, coatings, and finishes according to specifications.
- Ensure uniform coating quality and proper color matching.
- Inspect finished work for defects and perform touch-ups when required.
- Maintain painting equipment and work area cleanliness.
- Follow safety procedures and use personal protective equipment (PPE).
Required Skills
- Knowledge of spray-painting techniques and equipment.
- Understanding of paint mixing, coating thickness, and finishing standards.
- Ability to identify and correct painting defects.
- Attention to detail and quality control.
- Knowledge of workplace safety practices.
