Job Summary – Lecturer in Physics (Class 11 & 12 Science – Maharashtra Board | Integrated Batch – JEE/NEET/MHT-CET)
We are looking for a young, dynamic, enthusiastic, and ambitious Lecturer in Physics for Class 11 & 12 Science (Maharashtra State Board) – Integrated College Batch.
The role requires strong conceptual command over Physics along with the ability to train students for competitive examinations such as JEE, NEET, and MHT-CET. The candidate must be result-oriented, academically disciplined, and capable of handling both board-level and entrance-exam-level preparation.
Key Responsibilities & DutiesAcademic Delivery
- Deliver structured, concept-based theory lectures covering the complete Physics syllabus (Class 11 & 12 – Maharashtra Board).
- Integrate board curriculum teaching with competitive exam preparation (JEE / NEET / MHT-CET level).
- Develop strong conceptual foundations with numerical problem-solving emphasis.
Competitive Exam Training
- Conduct focused coaching sessions for JEE, NEET, and MHT-CET.
- Prepare and discuss Daily Practice Problems (DPPs).
- Solve advanced-level numerical problems in class.
- Guide students in time management and exam strategy.
Student Support & Assessment
- Conduct regular doubt-clearing sessions.
- Design assignments, worksheets, and test papers.
- Set question papers (Board + Entrance pattern) and evaluate answer sheets.
- Analyze student performance and provide remedial guidance.
- Track academic progress and mentor students for improvement.
Practical & Academic Administration
- Conduct and supervise Physics practical sessions as per board norms.
- Prepare academic planners, notes, and study material.
- Participate in parent meetings and academic review sessions.
- Maintain discipline, punctuality, and high academic standards.
Required Experience, Skills & Qualifications
- M.Sc. in Physics , M.E., M.tech, B.E..
- Prior experience in teaching Class 11 & 12 Science (Maharashtra Board).
- Experience in coaching JEE / NEET / MHT-CET students will be preferred.
- Strong conceptual clarity and numerical problem-solving ability.
- Excellent communication and classroom management skills.
- Ability to simplify complex concepts and develop analytical thinking.
- Professional, result-oriented, and committed towards academic excellence.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
