A Patient Relationship Executive (PRE) is responsible for assisting patients throughout their hospital journey, coordinating admissions and appointments, addressing patient queries and concerns, ensuring a positive patient experience, maintaining patient records, coordinating with clinical and non-clinical departments, and collecting patient feedback to improve service quality.
Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in any discipline (Hospital Administration or Healthcare Management preferred).
Experience: 1–3 years of experience in patient relations, customer service, or a hospital/healthcare setting.
