About MyDocsy
MyDocsy is building India’s Trusted Advanced Care Network, helping patients navigate complex medical decisions and access the right doctor, procedure, hospital, equipment, cost and timing.
Our Care Coordinators are often among the first people a patient speaks to. Their role is to ensure that every patient receives a prompt, organized and reassuring experience from the first call through consultations, diagnostics, procedures and follow-ups.
Role Summary
The Care Coordinator is the execution backbone of the patient journey.
You will make the first call to patients, understand their immediate requirement, collect medical information and reports, schedule OPDs and teleconsultations with MyDocsy doctors and specialists, coordinate logistics and ensure that no patient or operational task falls through the cracks.
This is a highly hands-on role requiring strong communication, speed, ownership and attention to detail.
