Responsible for planning, implementing, and evaluating employee training and development initiatives to enhance workforce performance, engagement, and organizational effectiveness while ensuring compliance with hospital quality and patient safety standards.
Key Responsibilities
* Conduct employee orientation and induction programs.
* Identify training needs through appraisals and feedback; prepare annual training calendars.
* Design, coordinate, and deliver training and development programs.
* Manage performance appraisal processes and support employee development.
* Conduct employee satisfaction surveys and recommend improvement initiatives.
* Monitor and evaluate training effectiveness and implement enhancements.
* Promote employee engagement, teamwork, and interdepartmental communication.
* Develop and implement HR policies related to employee welfare and development.
Qualifications
* Graduate with MBA / PGDHRM (preferred).
* Minimum 5 years of experience in HR Training & Development.
