Assist candidates throughout the onboarding process to ensure a smooth joining experience.

Validate and verify all joining documents submitted by new hires.

Maintain and regularly update the pre-hire tracker.

Manage end-to-end Background Verification (BGV) processes for new hires.

Build strong working relationships and collaborate effectively with broader HR functions, especially the Talent Acquisition team.

Coordinate and facilitate bank account opening for new hires.

Maintain employee document repositories in Workday or other HR systems.

Create and maintain Workday profiles for new employees.

Execute People Services and Talent Acquisition activities in compliance with internal SOPs and statutory requirements.

Ensure accuracy, confidentiality, and timely completion of all onboarding and employee documentation processes.
