Summary:
The HR, Recruiting & Admin Executive at Chi Networks plays a pivotal role in supporting the efficient functioning of HR operations, recruitment processes, and office administration within our New Delhi office. Reporting directly to the HR team, this full-time, on-site position is ideal for a detail-oriented professional passionate about organizational excellence, compliance, and employee experience. The role ensures seamless execution of HR lifecycle activities, from onboarding to offboarding, while supporting recruitment initiatives and maintaining critical administrative systems. Responsibilities:

Support daily HR operations including employee records management, attendance tracking, leave processing, and documentation.

Assist in end-to-end employee lifecycle processes such as onboarding, confirmation, and exit management.

Ensure strict adherence to HR policies, compliance standards, and internal procedures.

Prepare and issue HR communications, letters, notices, and acknowledgements.

Coordinate recruitment activities including job postings, CV screening, interview scheduling, and candidate follow-ups.

Collaborate with hiring managers and candidates to ensure a smooth and timely hiring process.

Maintain accurate recruitment trackers, interview logs, and related documentation.

Manage office administration tasks, including internal coordination and workflow support.

Maintain up-to-date records for assets, employee documents, and administrative trackers.

Liaise with vendors, service providers, and cross-functional teams (IT, Finance, Operations) for seamless service delivery.

Support employee travel arrangements, reimbursement processing, and internal approvals in alignment with company policy.
Requirements:

1–4 years of experience in HR operations, recruitment coordination, or administrative support.

Solid understanding of HR processes, documentation standards, and employee lifecycle management.

Exceptional organizational, attention-to-detail, and documentation skills.

Proficiency in MS Office / Google Workspace (Excel, Docs, Sheets) with strong data management capabilities.

Analytical mindset with the ability to identify issues and implement practical solutions.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.

Ability to work independently with minimal supervision, while also contributing effectively within a team environment.
