Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated and fluent Hindi Academic Counsellor to guide students regarding courses, career opportunities, and admissions. The candidate should have excellent communication skills in Hindi and the ability to build strong relationships with students and parents.
Key Responsibilities
- Counsel students and parents about courses, training programs, and career opportunities.
- Handle inbound and outbound calls in Hindi and English.
- Explain course details, fees, and admission procedures clearly.
- Follow up with prospective students and maintain lead records.
- Support students throughout the admission process.
- Coordinate with faculty and management regarding student requirements.
- Maintain daily counselling reports and CRM updates.
- Achieve admission and counselling targets.
Required Skills
- Excellent communication skills in Hindi and basic English.
- Strong convincing and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to handle student queries professionally.
