Meta Ads Performance Marketer
We are looking for a serious performance marketer who understands that running ads is not just boosting posts. If you are someone who loves testing creatives, scaling winning campaigns, analyzing numbers, and generating real ROI — this role is for you.
At Marketmize, you’ll work with multiple brands across e-commerce, D2C, real estate, education, healthcare, and local businesses. Your primary responsibility will be planning, executing, optimizing, and scaling Meta ad campaigns that generate measurable business growth.
This role is ideal for someone who already has hands-on experience handling real ad budgets and understands how to improve CPL, CPA, ROAS, CTR, and conversion rates.
Responsibilities
- Create and manage high-performing Meta Ads campaigns
- Build campaign structures for lead generation & e-commerce brands
- Audience research, retargeting, and scaling strategy implementation
- Daily monitoring of campaign performance and optimization
- Analyze metrics like ROAS, CPA, CTR, CPM, CPC, conversion rate, etc.
- Coordinate with designers & video editors for ad creatives
- Setup Pixel, Conversion API, Events & tracking properly
- Run A/B testing on creatives, copy, hooks, and audiences
- Generate weekly and monthly performance reports
- Stay updated with latest Meta algorithm & advertising trends
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of practical Meta Ads experience
- Must have managed campaigns with real budgets
- Strong understanding of scaling and optimization
- Knowledge of Pixel, Events Manager & Conversion Tracking
- Basic understanding of landing pages & funnels
- Ability to think analytically and solve performance issues
- Experience with e-commerce brands is a plus
- Google Ads knowledge is an added advantage
