Administration & Growth Manager – Education & Communication Role | Ghatkopar West
Job Summary:
We are looking for an experienced and proactive professional to join the Junior Cube Association (JCA) as an Administration & Growth Manager.
The role involves parent communication, mentor coordination, and outreach while supporting our daily administration and brand visibility.
JCA is a global initiative that promotes cubing as a sport for children, collaborating with schools and institutions to build skill-based learning programs and cube clubs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and follow up with parents and new inquiries through calls, WhatsApp, and email.
- Stay connected with existing mentors to understand their feedback and program updates.
- Maintain inquiry and registration records accurately using Excel or Sheets.
- Oversee JCA’s social media presence and coordinate with the design/content team.
- Reach out to schools and institutions for the Cube Club and learning module collaborations.
- Support sponsorship outreach and proposal follow-ups with potential partners.
- Prepare reports, event summaries, and presentations as required.
Candidate Requirements:
- Role involves direct communication with parents and schools.
- Experience: 2–4 years in administration, communication, or education-based organizations.
- Education: Graduate (Commerce / Management / Mass Communication preferred).
- Excellent written and verbal communication in English and Hindi.
- Organized, proactive, and confident in managing multitasking roles.
- Familiarity with Canva, WordPress, and basic social media management is an advantage.
Compensation:
₹20,000 – ₹26,000 per month
(Based on experience and performance; review after the initial period.)
Location:
Ghatkopar West, Mumbai
Full-time, in-person role. Some travel may be required for meetings or events.
