About Role
The Fitness Success Coach is responsible for overseeing the performance and coordination of fitness trainers , ensuring high-quality service delivery and client satisfaction. This role involves team management, performance monitoring, and maintaining service standards to support clients in achieving their fitness goals effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise a team of fitness trainers to ensure efficient operations.
- Track team KPIs, client progress, and service quality to ensure consistent results.
- Ensure a seamless and satisfactory experience for all clients by addressing concerns and maintaining service standards.
- Monitor sessions, calls, and feedback to maintain high service standards.
- Resolve client issues, complaints, and service-related challenges effectively.
- Prepare daily/weekly performance reports and share insights with management.
Key Qualifications:
- 2–5 years of experience in fitness industry/team handling
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Knowledge of fitness training and basic nutrition
- Ability to handle multiple clients and team members simultaneously
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
