Position Overview:
We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Sales Engineer with 0 to 1 year of experience in the sales field to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background, excellent customer interaction skills, and the ability to conduct site visits to support our sales efforts.
Key Responsibilities:
- Customer Interaction: Engage with potential and existing customers to understand their needs and provide technical solutions that meet their requirements.
- Technical Presentations: Deliver compelling presentations and demonstrations of our electronics products and solutions to customers.
- Site Visits: Conduct site visits to assess customer needs, gather technical information, and provide on-site support and solutions.
- Sales Support: Assist the sales team with technical expertise during the sales process, including preparing proposals, quotations, and technical documentation.
- Product Knowledge: Maintain a deep understanding of our electronics products and solutions, staying updated on industry trends and advancements.
- Customer Feedback: Gather and relay customer feedback to the product development team to help improve our offerings.
- Relationship Building: Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and loyalty.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or diploma related field.
- years of experience in a sales engineering role, preferably in the electrical industry.
- Strong technical knowledge of electrical products and solutions.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to conduct site visits and interact with customers on-site.
