Job Summary:
We are looking for a responsible and compassionate Hostel Warden to manage the day-to-day operations of the hostel at Kasuva Sevalaya. The ideal candidate should ensure a safe, disciplined, and nurturing environment for the residents while overseeing administrative and supervisory responsibilities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and manage hostel residents, ensuring their safety and well-being
- Maintain discipline and ensure adherence to hostel rules and regulations
- Monitor daily routines such as study hours, meals, and attendance
- Address student concerns, behavioral issues, and provide guidance when required
- Coordinate with management and staff for smooth hostel operations
- Ensure cleanliness, hygiene, and maintenance of hostel premises
- Handle emergencies and provide immediate support when needed
- Maintain records of residents, attendance, and incidents
Additional Information:
- Stay-in (accommodation) is mandatory
- Food and accommodation will be provided
