LRYPT Technologies is looking for a proactive and result-oriented Business Development Manager to drive growth for our engineering and digital solutions. The role involves identifying new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and contributing to overall revenue growth.
The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of sales processes, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and generate new leads through various channels
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients
- Drive sales and achieve revenue targets
- Understand client requirements and propose suitable solutions
- Develop and implement business growth strategies
- Build partnerships and expand the company’s network
- Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and performance tracking
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering. MBA is Plus.
- Minimum 5+ year of experience in business development, sales, or a similar role
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Basic knowledge of digital marketing and social media platforms
- Ability to identify opportunities and close deals
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills
- Self-motivated with a target-driven mindset
Pay: ₹80,000.00 - ₹90,000.00 per month
