Job Purpose
We are seeking a dynamic and customer-focused Sales Executive to drive sales, generate leads, and build strong relationships with retail consumers, plumbers, contractors, architects, and walk-in customers. The candidate will be responsible for achieving sales targets, promoting products, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
- Achieve a monthly secondary sales target of ₹5,00,000.
- Meet retail consumers, plumbers, contractors, architects, and walk-in customers to generate business opportunities.
- Explain product features, advantages, and benefits through product demonstrations whenever required.
- Create demand for products among consumers and influencers such as plumbers, contractors, and architects.
- Guide customers to the store and assist them throughout the purchasing process.
- Ensure successful completion of sales by facilitating billing and order processing.
- Attend to customer complaints and provide appropriate solutions and remedial measures.
- Identify and collect information regarding new construction activities and other sales opportunities.
- Spend approximately 70% of working time in the field meeting customers and influencers, and 30% in the store handling walk-in customers.
- Generate leads, maintain a sales pipeline, and prepare daily work plans.
- Regularly update consumer details, site information, and business opportunities in the LEAD App.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth customer service and business development activities.
- Maintain accurate sales records and submit timely reports.
Qualification
- Bachelor's Degree in any discipline.
- Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.
Experience
- Experience in sales, retail, building materials, sanitaryware, bath fittings, or related industries will be preferred.

Preferred Candidate Profile
Candidates with experience in Bath Fittings, Sanitaryware, Building Materials, Home Improvement Products, or Retail Sales will be given preference.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹28,000.00 per month
