Social Media & Content ExecutiveRole Overview
We're looking for a creative and execution-focused Social Media & Content Executive to manage the digital presence of SpacExchange and the real estate projects we represent.
The primary responsibility of this role is to create engaging content from project sites, manage social media accounts, and consistently showcase project progress, amenities, locations, and key highlights through compelling visual storytelling.
Key Responsibilities1. Content Creation & Video Production
- Visit project sites regularly to capture photos and videos
- Shoot and edit Instagram Reels, walkthroughs, project updates, and promotional videos
- Create engaging content around project amenities, construction progress, location advantages, infrastructure developments, and lifestyle benefits
- Develop fresh content ideas and reel concepts that increase engagement and inquiries
- Stay updated with Instagram trends and adapt them to the real estate industry
2. Social Media Management
- Manage Instagram and Facebook accounts
- Plan and schedule content regularly
- Write engaging captions and post descriptions
- Maintain a consistent brand presence across all platforms
- Track content performance and identify what works best
3. Project Marketing Support
- Cover project launches, events, and site activities
- Create content highlighting USPs, offers, milestones, and customer experiences
- Coordinate with the internal team to ensure timely content delivery
Requirements
- 1–3 years of experience in social media management or content creation
- Strong skills in shooting and editing videos for Instagram Reels
- Good understanding of Instagram trends, hooks, and engagement strategies
- Comfortable visiting project sites and creating on-ground content
- Basic graphic design skills using Canva or similar tools
- Self-motivated and capable of working independently
Preferred
- Experience handling real estate, architecture, lifestyle, or hospitality brands
- Comfortable appearing on camera and conducting project walkthroughs
- Strong storytelling and content ideation skills
