Position: Head – Human Resources
Experience: Minimum 15 Years

We are seeking an accomplished HR leader with a minimum of 15 years of experience to head the Human Resources function. The role requires a well-rounded professional with proven expertise in managing both Plant HR and Corporate HR activities, capable of balancing strategic initiatives with operational requirements.

Desired Profile:
* Postgraduate qualification in Human Resources, Personnel Management, Industrial Relations, or equivalent.
* Strong exposure to manufacturing environments with hands-on experience in industrial relations and statutory compliance.
* Demonstrated ability to lead HR transformation initiatives, build organizational capability, and partner effectively with business leaders.
* Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and leadership skills.
We seek a seasoned HR professional capable of driving organizational effectiveness, fostering a high-performance culture, and ensuring robust HR governance across the organization.
Pay: ₹80,000.00 - ₹90,000.00 per month
